Attendance of Mr./Vice President of the General Authority for Supply Commodities at the meeting held with the directors of the directorates in the governorates
In implementation of the directives of Dr. Sherif Farouk, Minister of Supply and Internal Trade, Major General Walid Abu El-Majd, Deputy Minister, held an extensive meeting with the directors of the directorates in the governorates. On Sunday, September 28, 2025, an extensive meeting was held under the chairmanship of Major General Walid Abu El-Majd, Deputy Minister of Supply, with the directors of the supply directorates across the country, at the headquarters of the Foreign Aid Committee in Nasr City, in implementation of the directives and instructions of Dr. Sherif Farouk, Minister of Supply and Internal Trade.
Mr. Mustafa Ismail (Deputy Chairman of the General Authority for Supply Commodities) participated in the meeting.
During the meeting, Major General Walid Abu Al-Majd emphasized the implementation of the directives of Dr. Sherif Farouk, Minister of Supply, on the necessity of intensifying the efforts of the supply directorates and maintaining continuous field presence to monitor the work in the markets, regulate the supply system, ensure that support reaches its beneficiaries, and confront any negative practices or violations that may harm the rights of citizens.
At the end of the meeting, Major General Walid Abu El-Majd affirmed that the ministry, under the directives of Dr. Sherif Farouk, is proceeding with the implementation of the state's policies to achieve market stability and ensure food security for the citizens..jpeg)
